Seatopia is run by the library to share seats and rooms fairly. By signing in you agree to these terms.

Your account

Sign in with your own university email. Don't share your account, and don't hold seats or book rooms for someone else unless you are in their group.

Seats

A seat is yours only while you are there. Tap its tag to hold it for 60 minutes, and tap again to keep it. Once the time and a 10-minute grace period run out, the seat is free for the next person, and staff may move anything left on it.

Rooms

Book only the time your group needs, with the university email of everyone in it. One of you must tap the tag on the room door within 15 minutes of the start, or the booking is released. 3 missed check-ins in 30 days pause room booking for 7 days.

Fair use

Don't copy, share or replay tag links to hold a space you are not at, and don't try to get around the limits. Staff can release seats, cancel bookings and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Changes and contact

The library may change these terms and the rules in them; changes apply to new taps and bookings. Questions go to library staff. See the privacy notice for what is stored and when it is deleted.
